Cores and abrasive sheets are cut to the measurements of the confirmed style, at the grit pair on the order.
Cutting, sanding, printing, assembly, checking and packing all happen in our own workshop in Yangjiang, Guangdong. This page explains how a file is made, what is checked before an order ships, and what we do not publish about the plant.
Lovy is a manufacturer: design, production and sales sit with the same company, and production runs in-house rather than through a subcontracting chain. That is why a change agreed at sampling still holds at the bulk stage.
We prepare the core and the abrasive, profile the shape, bond the abrasive at the ordered grit, finish the edges, apply your logo and assemble the finished file. Inspection happens on the order rather than on a sample shelf, and packing follows the format your sales channel needs.
Every order is made to order, not pulled from stock. That keeps specifications stable between the first order and the reorder, and it means availability is a question of timing rather than shelf quantity —confirm your delivery month with the inquiry.
Plainly stated: this workshop makes our nail files, buffer blocks and glass files, and packs the manicure sets built around them —including the stainless steel clippers, cuticle tools, scissors and tweezers that go inside those sets. It does not produce powered or electronic beauty devices, and we do not hold published certifications at the moment.
Detailed step by step in the table below, if you need to put a name to each check.
Cores and abrasive sheets are cut to the measurements of the confirmed style, at the grit pair on the order.
Half moon, banana, straight, mini oval or block profiles are cut, then emery or sandpaper is bonded to the face.
Edges are sanded and finished, then your logo is screen printed, laser etched or applied by printed sleeve.
Shape, size, grit evenness and print are checked before the order is packed for your channel and shipped.
Written so you can ask for any of these checks by name when you place the order.
| Step | What happens in the workshop | What it means for your order |
|---|---|---|
| 01 Material preparation | Cores and abrasive sheets are cut to the measurements and grit of the confirmed style. | The file you approved is the file we run —no silent substitution of material or grit. |
| 02 Cutting & profiling | Wooden cores and boards are cut and profiled into half moon, banana, straight, mini oval or square block shapes. | Shape and length are fixed before any abrasive is applied. |
| 03 Abrasive bonding | Emery or sandpaper is bonded to the prepared surface at the grit stated on the order. | Grit pairs such as 80/100, 100/180 and 180/240 are applied as ordered. |
| 04 Sanding & finishing | Edges are sanded and finished so the file is comfortable to hold and does not catch on skin or nails. | Edge finish is a checked point in its own right, not a by-product of cutting. |
| 05 Printing or etching | Your logo is screen printed, laser etched, or carried on a printed sleeve. | Artwork is proofed on the sample before the bulk run starts. |
| 06 Assembly | Multi-piece sets and replaceable-sandpaper files are assembled with their strips and pack parts. | What is inside a set matches the confirmed sample. |
| 07 Inspection & packing | Shape, size, grit evenness, print quality and packing are checked before cartons are closed. | The goods leave packed in the format your channel asked for: bulk, polybag, sleeve, blister card or retail set. |
A file only fails a buyer in the hand, so the checks are practical rather than decorative. Every order is looked over before it is packed, and the same points are used for the first run and the reorder.
Yangjiang Lovy Industry & Trade Co., Ltd. designs and produces nail files, buffer blocks and manicure sets for beauty distributors, salon suppliers and private-label programmes. Founded in 2020, the workshop keeps sampling, sanding, printing and checking close to the people making the order.

In-house. Cutting, profiling, abrasive bonding, sanding, printing, assembly and packing run in our own workshop in Yangjiang, so a change agreed at sampling is still the change that gets produced.
Shape and size against the approved sample, grit evenness across the batch, edge finish, logo quality, and the pack format and carton count. The checks run on the order before it is packed.
We do not hold published certifications at the moment. If your channel requires a specific document before it will buy, tell us early —we will say plainly whether we can provide it rather than leave it to the last minute.
Bulk, polybag, printed sleeve, blister card or a retail-ready set. Tell us the sales channel and we will suggest the format that fits it; packing is confirmed with the quotation.
Floor area, headcount, monthly capacity and the equipment list. We quote on real orders instead of publishing plant figures we could not stand behind, and the same applies to customer names and unit prices.
Ask about grit pairs, edge finish, packing or timing. We answer within 24 hours on business days.
