Yes. Your logo can be screen printed directly onto the file, laser etched, or carried on a printed sleeve. Method and placement are confirmed on the sample before bulk.

Yes. Sets are built around our own nail files, buffer blocks and glass files, and most styles add the stainless steel tools —clippers, cuticle nippers and trimmers, scissors and tweezers —plus the pouch or case that holds everything. The piece combination, print and packaging are confirmed on the sample before bulk, and manicure sets carry a MOQ of 500 pcs per style.

Yes. Samples are confirmed before bulk production and take 7–15 days. Sampling is quoted separately from bulk, and sample cost depends on the design.

15–30 days after order confirmation, which is the point where you have approved the sample and the deposit is in. Sampling sits before that clock and is quoted separately; shipping time depends on destination and method.

By sea, air or express, with your forwarder or one we arrange. Freight is quoted separately from the goods, so the method can be chosen once the carton count and destination are known.

Payment terms are set out on the quotation for each order, as agreed in writing before production starts. We do not publish standard terms here because they depend on the order —ask and we will put them in the quote.

If anything is wrong with an order, contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods and we will handle it. The same person who quoted you stays on it.

We do not hold published certifications at the moment. If your channel requires a specific document before it will buy, tell us early —we will say plainly whether we can provide it.
