Privacy Notice
This notice covers yjlovy.com, the product site of a nail file, buffer block and manicure set manufacturer. In short: we collect what you type into the inquiry form, we use it to quote your order, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
What we collect
When you send an inquiry through the form on this site, we receive the fields you fill in: your name, business email address, country, the quantity per style you select, and the message you write. The optional file picker only asks you to list the filenames of artwork or reference photos you plan to send —the form itself cannot carry attachments, so those files reach us only when you email them to angel@yjlovy.com.
If you contact us by email or WhatsApp instead, we hold that conversation and anything you send with it. We do not ask for payment details, passwords or identity documents through this website, and you should not send them.
Why we use it
To answer your inquiry and prepare your quotation: styles, shapes, grit, quantity, packing, samples, lead time and shipping options. That is the only purpose. We do not add you to a mailing list because you asked for a quote, we do not send newsletters, and we never sell or rent your details to anyone.
How long we keep it
Inquiry correspondence is kept while there is a live conversation or a live order, and afterwards only for as long as we need it for order records and after-sales support. Ask us to delete your details and we will, unless we are required to keep a record of a completed transaction.
Who else sees it
Two services see your message as part of delivering it to us: the form-handling service that transmits the form, and our email provider. Website statistics are collected by an analytics service. Beyond that, details are shared only with the shipping, inspection or forwarding partners an order requires, and only as far as the order requires them.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses analytics to count visits and see which pages buyers read, and the analytics tool may set cookies for that purpose. We do not run advertising cookies or cross-site tracking, and we do not build advertising profiles. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings at any time without losing access to any page here.
Your choices
Write to angel@yjlovy.com to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to ask us to stop contacting you. We answer these requests within 24 hours on business days.
Changes to this notice
If we start using a new form or analytics service, we will name it on this page before it goes live. The commercial terms for using this site and for placing an order are set out separately in our Terms of Use.
