These terms cover the use of yjlovy.com and the commercial basics of ordering from Lovy. A specific order is governed by the written quotation and order confirmation we agree with you, which take priority over this page if they differ.
Using this site
yjlovy.com is the product website of Yangjiang Lovy Industry & Trade Co., Ltd., a nail file manufacturer in Yangjiang, Guangdong, China. The pages describe the nail files, buffer blocks and manicure sets we make and how to order them. You are welcome to browse and to send us an inquiry; please do not attempt to disrupt the site or misuse the inquiry form.
Product information
Specifications on this site —material, shape, grit, size and packing —come from our production sheets and are given in good faith. Files are made to order, so minor variation between batches is normal, and screen colours and photographs differ from the physical product. The binding specification for your order is the one written into your quotation and confirmed on the approved sample.
Quotations and orders
Nothing on this site is a price offer. Prices, minimums, lead times and payment terms are given in a written quotation, are valid for the period stated in it, and become binding once both sides confirm the order in writing. Our minimum order is 1,000 pieces per style for catalogue styles; a design of your own runs 1,000–3,000 pieces per style and is quoted once the design is fixed. Grit, colour and shape splits inside a quantity are confirmed at quotation.
Samples and production
Sampling takes 7–15 days and is quoted separately from bulk; sample cost depends on the design. Bulk production runs 15–30 days after order confirmation —the point at which you have approved the sample and the deposit is in. Sampling sits before that window. Shipping time is additional and depends on destination and method.
Shipping and risk
Orders ship by sea, air or express, with your forwarder or one we arrange, and freight is quoted separately from the goods. Risk and title pass as set out in the order confirmation and the shipping terms agreed for your order; please confirm which terms apply before production starts, so both sides are working to the same document.
Quality claims
Every order is checked for shape, grit evenness and finish before packing. If the goods do not match the approved specification, tell us within 7 days of receiving them, quoting the order reference and sending photos, and we will investigate and put it right. Claims raised after that window are difficult to verify against the correct batch.
Intellectual property
Text, photographs and page designs on this site belong to Yangjiang Lovy Industry & Trade Co., Ltd. Please do not republish them as your own product listings; if you are a customer and need product photographs for your own channel, ask us first —it is usually a yes. Artwork, logos, drawings and samples you send remain yours, and we use them only to quote, sample and produce your order.
Site availability
We keep this site online and current as best we can, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every page is free of error. Tell us if you spot something wrong and we will fix it.
Governing law
These terms, and any order we agree, are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Before taking any formal step, please talk to us —most disputes are settled by email and a corrected shipment.
