Grit And Shape Decide The Order
Two questions settle most nail file briefs: how much material the user removes, and what shape reaches the nail.

- Shaping and shortening, acrylic and gel work, heavy salon use.
- 100/180 —all-round
- The pair most distributors order: one side to shape, one side to refine.
- 180/240 —fine
- Edge refinement, natural nails and finishing before buffing.

What is the minimum order for nail files?+
1,000 pieces per style. Grit and color splits inside that 1,000 are confirmed at quotation.
Which grit should I order?+
Grit describes abrasive coarseness, not quality. 80/100 is the coarsest pair for shaping and shortening, 100/180 is the all-round pair most distributors order, 180/240 is the finest pair for edge refinement and natural nails.
How long is sampling and production?+
Sampling takes 7–15 days and is quoted separately from bulk. Bulk production runs 15–30 days after order confirmation.
Can we use our own shape or logo?+
Yes. Shape, length, thickness and grit are set per order on catalogue styles, and your logo can be screen printed, laser etched or printed on a sleeve. Your own drawing runs 1,000–3,000 pieces per style, quoted once the design is fixed.
